The first Goetzka's farmed our land and raised cattle. This barn was built in the early 1900s and housed horses and cows. Since then the barn has been home to thousands of pheasants. The old barn is still standing on our property today.
Scott started sporting clays in 1990. He or his employees would have to go out and work the hand throwers so customers could shoot targets. Today there are 24 stations complete with automatic throwers.
3 generations of Goetzka's have farmed, raised animals, and raised their families on this land. It has changed much over the years, but the love of the outdoors and the work ethic of a farmer has never changed. Our family is proud to have grown our business. We now have 3 full time employees, 1 part time employee, and many friends and family that help us out for various events.
